The Role:
As the Senior Customer Success Manager, you will be an advocate for you clients and point of strategic contact for a book of c.30 clients generating around £700k per annum in revenue. Your role is to provide ultimate client satisfaction, help them see value from the platform and drive retention.
Additionally, you will be seen as a senior figure in the team. Supporting the ongoing evolution of the team members and the Customer Success function as a whole.
Upsell and cross-sell is key here! Your role will include commercial growth of your account base, farming leads within your clients and growing use of the platform across departments. You cannot be afraid to carry a commercial quota!
